Our Client Support System allows you to easily order extra copies, check the delivery status, make a payment, download the covering letter template or amend your application/report an error. If you have received your paperwork, and need to report a spelling error, please select the ‘Amend my application/report an error’ option below.
Note you will need your nine digit application reference number, also known as a DSN or document serial number, which you will find on the application confirmation email, the top right hand corner of your deed poll (if issued after October 2016) or on the bottom of your deed poll. If you do not have this number, please answer ‘No’ below and complete the reference number request form.
