How do I change my name with my mobile phone company?

When you change your name by Deed Poll, you will need to notify your mobile phone company that you are using a new name. Please see below for more information on how to do this and the contact details for the leading providers*.

In most cases, you simply need to send your signed Deed and a covering letter to the relevant address from the list below. However, in some cases, the operator may have a special procedure which you must follow, as noted below.
